1. Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with care. Please contact us with photos and your order number.

Beirut 1-2 days business days 
Outside Beirut 2-3 days business days

4. My order arrived damaged—what do I do?

Please email us immediately toe therttttwith your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement.
